this high heat glove can handle
extreme temperatures up to 500ºF
(260°C).

The AHRG series Nomex® gloves are designed for printed circuit boards, hybrid circuits, semiconductors and other processes that require handling objects at elevated temperatures without compromising cleanliness or potential damage to static discharge.

Available in 11" and 16" lengths, these gloves use monofilament Nomex® woven fabric suffused with carbon fiber and enhance the heat protection with a 100% inner insulating tricot knit polyester fabric liner.

AHRG Example Use
 

The AHRG Series Hot Gloves use a polyester knit fabric suffused with carbon fiber. Heat protection is enhanced with a 100% inner tricot knit polyester fabric liner and a full 14 inch length. A cuff mounted grounding snap is also included.

Description

The FG series Nomex® gloves are de-signed for printed circuit board, hybrid circuit, semiconductor and other processes that require handling objects at elevated temperatures without compromising cleanliness or potential damage to static discharge.

Available in 11" and 16" lengths, these gloves use monofilament Nomex® woven fabric suf-fused with carbon fiber and enhance the heat protection with a 100% inner insulating tricot knit polyester fabric liner.

Product Specifications

Face fabric: 99% Nomex® and 1% carbon yarn. The gloves resist 300°C (ASTM F 1050 Modified).
Independent testing is available upon request. (Melting temperature of Nomex® is 450 °C).

AHG Series gloves are made of continue filament yarn which re-duces particle generation. They are compatible for use in controlled environments.

Composition: 9% Nomex® (face side)+1% Conductive Yarn
Electrical: < 10 x e10 Ohm

These gloves use a polyester knit fabric suffused with carbon fiber. Heat protection is enhanced with a 100% inner tricot knit polyester fabric liner and a full 14 inch length. A cuff mounted grounding snap is also included.

HEAT RESISTANT GLOVE - 500°F - Pair

The Comments: AHRG-26 Glove is our most popular heat resistant glove. In addition to the excellent heat resistance, the glove is hand specific rather than a bulky mitten. Although mittens can offer a higher heat resistance due to increased layers of insulation, this glove offers better dexterity. This increased dexterity offers another level of safety.

The seamless knit design allows us to make it thinner. It should also be noted that the AHRG-26 is the thinnest model we can offer at this temperature resistance. Made in USA.

AHRG-26 - Heat Resistant Gloves Protect to 500ºF. Made with Nomex® and Kevlar®, this high heat glove can handle extreme temperatures up to 500ºF. The cotton lining provides comfort, while the outside provides excellent thermal properties, allowing you to handle hot objects. The glove is easy to launder and retains heat resistance after repeated washings.
