XF-300 Series - High Volume Entry Level Fume extraction systems

• High Volume Entry Level Unit.
• The compact low cost systems are capable of generating high air flow rates from a range of bench top attachments.
• Units can be positioned comfortably under a bench with a simple installation kit to connect to the most suitable extraction accessory.

A cost effective unit capable of extracting fumes, with optimal flow rates, for up to two soldering stations using any of the following attachments:

XF-A75ESD	75mm Stay Put Arms The arms are made of black carbon loaded compressed polystyrene construction. Diagrams above, highlight the capture area of the stay put arms when extracting at a flow rate of 120m3/hr (darker shading) and 190m3/hr for 75mm arms. These measurements were taken with the arm situated above the working area. XF-B75ESD
XF-C75ESD	The 75mm ESD cowls are made of black conductive H.I. polystyrene construction. Cowl dimensions: Width 560mm, Depth 180mm, Height 180mm The capture area of the 75mm cowls is taken from in front of the cowls, shown opposite. The height of the capture area is 160mm.
XF-D75ESD	The 75mm downdraft tray carcass is made of aluminum, the tray is stainless steel. Downdraft tray dimensions: Width 360mm, Depth 430mm, Height 90mm The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is; 340mm x 255mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray.
